How To Find Us and Parking

If you can find the sea at Blackpool you will have no trouble finding the Seaclose Hotel. Travel North along the sea front (sea on your left) past the Tower on your right, then the North Pier on your left. At this point the road bears right around the Metropole Hotel (where the tramlines cross onto the road), Banks Street is 1st on the right after passing the Metropole, the Seaclose Hotel is 50 yards on the right of the street.

Tourist Points Of Interest
The Seaclose Hotel is ideally situated adjacent to Promenade, close to North Pier, Town Centre, The Tower, Rail and Bus Station, Car Parks, Theatres, and many of Blackpool's famous amenities are all just a few minutes stroll away.

Parking & Travel

Like most hotels this close to the tourist amenities we have no parking facilities at the hotel. On street parking is allowed and there are no problems with short term parking at the front of the Seaclose to unload passengers and luggage. We are also privileged to have one of the biggest, cheapest car parks in Blackpool on Banks Street, just 100yds from the hotel front door. The Banks Street Car Park has now been equipped with flood lights and CCTV making security incidents rare. Being Pay & Display you may move you car in and out of the car park freely during your stay. There is also the Wilkinsons multy storey, for those requiring their car locked up at night.
For visitors travelling by public transport, the Bus and Train Stations are less than ten minutes walk from the Seaclose.
Most tourist amenities are within walking distance of the hotel. To travel to amenities which may not be within your walking distance, (Zoo 2 miles, Pleasure Beach 2 miles, Stanley Park 1½ miles) there are very reliable buses and taxis. Trams, which run until the early hours of the morning are available on the Promenade just 50 yards away, taking you to the neigbouring towns of Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Buses also run along the Sea Front and along Dickson Road (30 yards from the hotel).
There are also private coach companies for those visitors who wish to travel outside the range of Blackpool Transport, offering opportunities to visit Morecambe and the Lakes, the Historic City of Lancaster or the Industrial Museums of East Lancashire. Trains also run about every 15 minutes to Preston, home of the National Football Museum. Regular trains are also available to the cities of Manchester and Liverpool.
