The Seaclose is a family
run hotel with
a reputation for cleanliness and good home cooking.
We can assure all guests that their room and en-suite will have been cleaned
to a high standard. All bed linen and towels are changed with each new guest.
In addition rooms & en-suites are tidied on a daily basis and towels replaced
where necessary.
To ensure quality and freshness, all meat is purchased from a local butcher.
Fresh vegetables are used whenever possible and are prepared in the hotel
kitchen.
Eggs are delivered directly from the farm twice weekly. All food preparation
is carried out by the
owners, John & Gillian who have both completed courses on Food Hygiene.
Gillian has been involved with catering for many years, including owning a
Pub/Restaurant
in Somerset.
